Bar Policy & After Hours Info

There will be a cash bar located in the ballroom for your convenience.
🚫 Please note: No outside drinks or personal cups are allowed in the ballroom while the bar is open and serving.

The bar will close at 2:00 AM, but if sales are low, it may shut down earlier—so we recommend bringing your preferred drinks to enjoy while visiting rooms or to keep the fun going after the bar closes.

You must book directly with the hotel by phone or through our official booking link.

🛏 Room Not Required to Attend:
You do not need to book a room at the resort to join the event.

💳 POLICIES:

• Cancellation: Must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges

• Deposit: Valid credit card required; no deposit needed

💰 RATES:

• Starting at $209.00 USD per night (plus tax)

• The resort will honer the Risqué rate three days before the event and three days after the event if you decide.

Please note: Guest’s need to contact the group housing coordinator Venessa Blackmon directly at 850-337-9194, if they want to extend their stay or book different room types outside of the group block (which is subject to availability and rate). Reservations needed after the cutoff date must be booked directly through group housing. The group rate after cutoff is not guaranteed, and is subject to current availability

All single males must have a date to attend the event. If staying overnight, you are required to share a hotel room with your date.

Wristbands:
Wristbands will be available for pick-up at the Meet & Greet or at the Ballroom entrance starting at 9:00 PM.
